One of my biggest pet peeves is people using MST as a time zone when Daylight Savings Time (MDT) is in effect.

STOP PUTTING IN “S” OR “D” unless you have a very good reason to do so—and you very likely do not!

I just showed up for a 6p MST meeting at 6p MST (it’s always MST in AZ) and was an hour late because the hosts meant 6:00 MDT, which is 5:00 MST.

Had it simply read “6p MT” I’d have been on time. 🤬

Every video and online instruction on how to install #TannusArmour shows installing the armour into the tire, then installing the innertube into the armour.

The only people that say to put the innertube into armour first, then armour into tire? Tannus themselves.

I feel like I should be following the manufacturer’s instructions. But why does no one do it that way?

I may find out now.

We’ve done so re-org in an effort to get the grandkid’s #LEGO sets off the top of random objects in her play area. But, because she likes to cannibalize and re-assemble like she’s Dr. Moreau, I’m mostly dissasembling all of it and stating over, hunting down pieces across no less than a dozen spots.

Ugh. What a pain. 😏

Train station and ice-cream shop completed last night. I’ll try to do a couple smaller sets tonight in an effort to reclaim the dining table.

I get it. Snow and ice suck.

But few will know the pain of it being 34°C (92°F) with bright blue skies outside but the pool temp remains right around that of liquid nitrogen.

Trapped on the wrong side of town, with a very flat bike tire, I walked the 7 km to the nearest bike shop. Along the way I passed a Home Depot and outside was a little white pick up truck that said “rent me for just $19.”

Of course that truck was broken so I had to rent this honking ginormous van.

Do better, journalists. Leave the salacious headlines alone, focus less on the adult-industry person involved, and call the case by what the American people need to hear. Please?

Just back from a 47.2km bike ride with @donburnside. Quite an adventure that included looking for (and finding) my lost phone that bounced out of it's holder when we were way off course and river-rock hopping.

It may also have included a couple of beer stops. Gotta stay hydrated!
