The most ridiculous thing about cop procedural shows is when they ask where a person was, and what they were doing at a specific time the person always has perfect and immediate recall. I'd be desperately trying to remember what day of the week that was, and trying to open my phone calendar. If I was the cop, I'd immediately be suspicious of the person who remembered exactly where they were and what they were doing.

I like how all energy generation is basically “boiling a big pot of water to make a turbine spin”.

Except for wind, hydro, and gravitational, where the turbine is spun directly; and solar, which uses photovoltaic panels to do some crazy space wizard stuff that looks like magic

Oh, Dairy Pics from yesterday! I've never seen such happy cows, and the cheese was sooo good!

RIP Mars, 2010 - 2024
This morning I found Mars run over by a car. I miss him very much. We got him from the shelter and he showed his gratitude every day. He was cuddly, playful, a rascal and very curious. Wherever I was, Mars wasn't far away and he spent many cuddly hours on my lap. I am stunned and incredibly sad. My heart is broken and I am crushed 🖤
