Even if it did, like most people who do not want to be forcibly found in a search engine, I'd unlist all of my posts, flip my account to require follower authorization and look into authenticated fetching of posts if cross-instance full-text search came to be. Having such a Twitter-level abuse vector is why I avoid saying some things on there nowadays.

If the system, by design, doesn't provide an alternative means of downloading apps that allows people to have choice, it controls how apps are packaged, run and sold. That's textbook monopolistic behavior.

This is the root of a game idea I'm thinking of. Because on one hand, this sounds like you'd need to start playing from the start but if it's done right, on a larger periodic basis, it'd be a new plot.

I just described Halo's online multiplayer experience. Or Call of Duty. But for maps and loot and what not.
