I am working on a small scoped adult game that uses trivia as it's primary mechanic.

I want to include a section on queer games in order to help promote the scene.

@aetataureate thanks for asking.. The last month I really felt the lose of Twitter and wondered if I have enough energy to search a queer gamedev community again espically as the way I got onto lets say discord servers were Twitter. Everything went through that thing (its at least how I remembered and used it)

the accumulation of all my dither post processing effect work... this is how the poem at the top of the mountain will be presented. as you walk around you get little pieces of narration.
it worked out perfect. changing how the person sees the world makes the words more impactful.

A video showing the top of a mountain. The mountain is made of starry obsidian. The sun is setting and it is slightly cloudy with streaks of foggy clouds. There are giant bones all around the top of the mountain. The visual style keeps shifting between dithery, 8-bit, and glitchy static as parts of the poem come in and out of view. The poem is decorated with a stylized pixel art frame.

Hi! I'm Kai a queer also making collages, zines and other stuff around the internet.

Right now I am making a little sci-fi game where you are the last marble of humankind.

Also making a little RPG in with a trans witch as the protagonist for my favorite game jam

My games are my form to express myself, that's why they are smaller and more experimental ;)

my game RustyBlade made in bitsy where you play the witch. The picture shows the level in the village with some houses, a water stream and fields
my black and white cigarettes and traffic game about toxic relationships. there are stairs leading to a highway bridge on the left and on the right the protagnist with a van at a parking lot
my game late summer tales. There are friends in front of a fire talking to each other. the person sitting on a log tells the standing person infront of her: "sometimes boys have problems expressing their feelings

thinking about making an updated post but the truth is everything you see there are is now released and you can find it on my https://kai20.itch.io account. Neo Sea is finally out being the longest (finished) project of mine, Rusty Blade the biggest game for sure ;) and Cigarettes and Traffic being a game made way too late for being a important tool in my breakup… Anyways I am proud that after so much time all these games see the light of day

@upmultimedia may I introduce you to the definitive guide for it (which I made) https://bitsy3d.xyz . Basically you have the rooms of bitsy stacked upon each other to have „depth“. It truly is witchcraft :D
