I agree with Horowitz. Censoring books and literary characters to suit modern sensibilities is very like Winston Smith's job in 1984. It gives a false sense of history. We're free to read or not read them.

The rates are high apparently lately, they should go down to 3.5 to 3.9, which would be much better

Far-right podcaster Dave Smith says around 15:50 that libertarians need to learn a conservative lesson about culture, & that libertarians need to shame & stigmatize “degeneracy.”
To right-wingers, the “degenerates” are never bigots or abusers, but people simply exercising their freedom & happiness outside the current status quo.
