US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller defended weapons transfers to Israel when asked whether they damage the credibility and sincerity of US statements decrying the crisis in Gaza.

“I do not agree with that at all." He responded, “We want to see Israel do everything it can to minimize civilian casualties. At the same time, we are committed to Israel’s right to self-defense, and this is a long-term commitment the United States has made.”

It's incredible that at the beginning of this horrible attack Israel at least tried to deny that it bombed an hospital.

Now it's bombing hospitals, UN facilities and an orphanage without even bothering to lie and say that it was a mistake.

And the worse part is.... That all the western governments are ok with it!!!

International law has been destroyed.

I agree with it, but I feel we're so far from an awakening moment.
You look at what's happening all over the world and the reaction, or lack of it, of the lucky ones around us, and you feel that humans are an hopeless and selfish species destined to extinction.
