Zomi Frankcom, an Australian aid worker who was killed in an IDF attack in Gaza.

Australian PM Anthony Albanese says the death of an Australian aid worker in Gaza is “completely unacceptable” and “beyond any reasonable circumstances”, saying the government will call in the Israeli ambassador and contact Israel’s government.

Albanese says the government is demanding “full accountability” over the death.

The two-party system doesn't work (for most of us).

What was once the center, has now moved so much to the right that only the "extremist" Greens and independents are slightly on the left

US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller defended weapons transfers to Israel when asked whether they damage the credibility and sincerity of US statements decrying the crisis in Gaza.

“I do not agree with that at all." He responded, “We want to see Israel do everything it can to minimize civilian casualties. At the same time, we are committed to Israel’s right to self-defense, and this is a long-term commitment the United States has made.”

Look, I don't like what the Australian government (my govt) is doing, but it's reality that it's totally complicit with this genocide.

The US is well beyond complicit.
