I haven't posted any deer photos for a while.

EDIT: Just realized that this is photo 200 for me in the #Drones4Fun series.

I try to post a single drone photograph, no more than once a day, as often as possible. It's taken me since 12/19/2022 to reach 200 images.

I try to find images that will "add something" to the existing collection. Some photos are included, just because they are interesting or unique (not necessarily great photos).

Nice use of music with this drone video. Often, I cringe at the music put with drone videos, but not for this one.

A lot of work went into the editing of this.

This was from about a week ago on a pretty cold day. It's warmed up in the last week and today there are many more small patches of open water along the edge and in some of the cracks in the ice.

I just finished "True Dectectives: The Night Country." I thought it was interesting and worth watching.

I loved seeing Jodi Foster again, but I'm not sure this is her best work, or maybe I just didn't fully get her character.

I recommend that one not overthink the plot. Just enjoy the mood and characters.

Finished True Detective season 4. Overall I enjoyed the dark and moody atmosphere and the performances, particularly by Jodie Foster, Kali Reis and Finn Bennett, but I thought the momentum caved in (pun intended, for those who've seen it 😉) at the end. The revelations in the final episodes felt rushed and unnecessarily far-fetched.

Traveling without cell service today has been an adventure.Thankfully there was wifi at the airport, but arranging for pickup without cell reception was... interesting.

"The MN DNR has officially closed the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Trails until trails dry out and temps are consistently above freezing. This closure is effective Wednesday, February 21st and will likely last several weeks depending on weather."
