« On m’a pris pour un fou, me répétant que je n’y arriverais jamais. Plus on me dissuadait de le faire, plus je me suis déterminé à y arriver. Alors j’ai récupéré des arbres ici et là, et j’ai planté, planté, pendant des années », explique Jean-Louis Amann à La Relève et la Peste.
