Can anyone #ELI5 why #Google Play Services updates aren't included in the #Android system updates? Along that same line, why am I never notified that there are system, Play Services, or even app updates, and only by manually checking can I see/install them? Apple used to have a similar issue, but they seem to have gotten their shit together now, at least on my work phone and my friends' devices. #Pixel#GooglePixel#cybersecurity
My third background is one of my favorites. The two other wallpapers were experiments that were decent, but not the vibe I was looking for. My next Emoji Workshop project will be a Shark Week themed background. As sharks are enshrined as one of my favorite animals in my mind. #GooglePixel
Thanks to a great article on Droid Life, I was able to activate the new Emoji Workshop wallpaper creator. All it takes is having a Pixel device updated to the June Feature Drop version. Following a Google Play Link to update Emoji Workshop on said device and rebooting one's phone. It's dumb Pixel users have to jump through so many hoops. #GooglePixel
