It's time for me to look for a job. I would like to work in a company that develops #OpenSource software. Maybe someone can tell me where in #Germany #Bayern (#bavaria) I can find remote work?

Trial 2:

Looking for a remote sysadmin job (part-time is preferred but full-time is also welcome). I've ~3 years of experience with GNU/Linux, git, docker, virtualization and 2 years of experience with FreeBSD.

Let me know (pm me here), if you want some more information. Thank you.

i see so many people today fired from jobs and immediately looking to go wage slaving for some other corporation.

please consider alternatives. band together, build cooperatives. let's claw back some amount of control over our lives. i, for one, am sick of corporate feudal lords and am looking for accomplices for an escape.

I was let go after 24 years in the same job so I’m actively looking. It’s no time for modesty, so tbh I’m the best IT and cybersecurity editor I know, and a great writer too, and my longevity speaks to that. My IT knowledge is deep and I have a gift for seeing the broader implications of a trend and bringing that out. I’m open to work for vendors, publishers, agencies, full- or part-time. Thanks for any boosts/leads!

Thanks Fedi friends!

Hey, for last two months I've been , and still am. I am a with ~9 years of commercial experience, with experience of leading teams who is looking for a next adventure. In case if you have a company in mind, I will be happy for suggestions or discussions :)

I am considering mostly or companies present in (team in would be perfect, as I have a residence permit), or in Krakow.

Oh, yeah. I'm feeling ready to more publicly talk about this.

I'm looking for a job.

I'm pretty good with the codes. The Python codes, the C++ codes, the Node.js/Javascript codes. Getting up to speed with the Rust codes right now and having fun doing it. I know databases and caches and message queues and continuous integrations and clouds and assemblers and compilers and debuggers and linkers and unices. I can build, I can document, I can debug, I can design, I can test, I can teach, I can mentor, I can analyse, I can reverse engineer. You get forward engineering too, but I don't have an engineering degree. Been doing this for a while. I'm on the older side of things.

Pretty good with numbers too. If for some reason you want me to solve a partial differential equation, I'm on it. I can also do stats and I'll do it even if you prefer to call it data science.

I live in Canada, so that's where I need to get hired. I prefer remote, but if you want me to go into an office, it's going to have to be in Montreal.

Let me know if you'd like to see my serious face and I'll send you my CV.

Hello! I'm Emily. I'm looking to get into IT at an entry level. I've used linux for about 6 years now and I recently started running a small homelab. I've made a couple of projects in Bash, Python, JavaScript, and Rust.

Fair warning, I'm a blue-haired trans lesbian that can only work remotely or around south-central Louisiana.

Any advice on how to proceed or leads on where to apply would be greatly appreciated. I don't often ask for help, but times are dire and getting moreso. Any help or advice would be a great boon, so thank you in advance!

Due to shit happens, I'm having a layoff soon. So I'm back in the market, and looking for a job!

Python and Django developer with +4 years of experience, I started working on this when Python 2.7 and Django 1.7 were still cool. Based in Spain, and looking for remote and EU friendly offers. REST, GraphQL, classic Django, git, advanced english knowledge are in my toolbox. Wanna know more? Let's talk!

Boost apreciated.

Hey y'all, I'm Drew from India, I'm currently a DevOps Engineer at infoworks.io and have been made redundant starting from next month.

I've had a lot of experience working with CI/CD pipelines and IaC at ${currentJob}, but would also love doing development in any programming language/framework you could imagine.

If it endears myself to any of you, I use Emacs with vi keybindings wherever I can.

I'm willing to work remotely in any time zone, or any place in India.
