This is a model 1193 with a low C, a soloist instrument seen in almost every major symphony orchestra worldwide.
A few hundred shots have been stacked together in this image to keep focus clear from front to back. That, combined with the wide angle, gives this photo its sense of scale.
As a clarinet player myself, Anat Cohen has been such an inspiration. She's been called the greatest living clarinet jazz player, for good reason! I had an opportunity to see her live at SFJazz this year. Took my breath away.
