I am a baking fiend lately. I made ciabatta last weekend and loved it so I’m trying again this week. But every time I lift the lid on the dough, it smells like roasted peppers, since I apparently didn’t clean it as well as I thought. 😶

This one came out iffy but it's mostly my fault. I didn't want this one (missed the chance to pick)
Should have trimmed the green beans better, I added potato water back and shouldn't have, but it tastes good so who cares. I already put some of the potatoes in a tub so it looks unbalanced
This was really good, I could eat just the bread and curry!! I made a huge amount. I added some extra ground beef (10 oz) and a whole large white onion instead of the weak baby onion they sent.
Today's cooking mistake: Had to toss my first HF meal, smashed bean tacos, and some cauliflower/broccoli. Tried to freeze the veggies, didn't work. The meal I just took too long to get to, it's 1 week old now
