Fun🤪fact: you can generate a julia set inside ðe mandelbrot set by just switching c to a constant halfway θru 🐱
(ðo a lot of points escape from ðis, so it's only visible wiθ escape time / orbit traps)
This is a bit of a cheat, as my in-progress project is based on animated particles, but given that today is New Year's Day, this is what I'm going with. 😅🙏
This topic offers many heavy-duty mathematical digressions (e.g., Escher's "Print Gallery"), but I don't have time to go all-out on sketches this month.
"Point-Line-Plane' is #genuary22 which I interpreted as "Kandinsky'. Decided to plot them so I'm counting them as #genuary23 too (128 x 128 (mm) -which is what it showed on my phone and 12 X 12 (cm) - which my laptop showed).
"Screensaver"
You sit, dazed, thinking about what you've done until a screensaver awakens you from your stupor. You still can't believe it. You pressed the key; you did it. All hell has broken loose.
A grid of 16 columns by 16 rows. Each cell can be drawn in 16 different ways. Two types of diagonals, vertical lines, horizontal lines, 4 quarter circles, 4 right angles and 4 U.
"The Chosen"
Suddenly, the shape appears and instantly makes you nauseous. This is not right! You don't want to go anymore. The envious crowd cheers in awe.
"Curse"
The Seer knelt by the flowers, withered echoes of life lost. Struggling against the cold wind, just like the Warrior before. The Old Gods do not forgive easily.

Generative "music" for #genuary31 features the Langton's Ant from my "Grow a seed" #GenerativeArt continuously modifying a drum pattern sent as #MIDI notes to the Korg Volca Beats. The wobbly functions from another previous #genuary prompt control the pitch of arpeggiated tones synthesized using the #Processing Sound library which I never used before.
The final day of Genuary is "Generative Audio". Instead of trying to generate an audio clip,
I used an audio clip to generate an image. Many different clips within a recording of Beethoven's Pathétique Sonata were passed through an FFT with smoothing and coloring applied.
