@jynersolives It finally stopped here in my little part of Bavaria just last night, and is due to start again in an hour or so. It literally didn't stop at all for 38 hours at one point.
Wet, wet, wet. At one point during the run I wanted to jump over a branch lying across the path in the woods. Unfortunately, the ground was so soggy, my left foot which was pushing me off the ground just slipped back. My right foot got tangled up in the branch. A second later I found myself lying flat on the floor. Yuck! Apart from that it was a good run. After Trump‘s conviction in NY yesterday, I skipped my audiobook and took a dive into my MSNBC podcasts. #Running#applewatchultra2#rain
@sebastianhahn if it can't be avoided, I hope you find some joy in it. Sometimes I think it's fun to be in really messy conditions... after the first good soaking is over with, that is. Until I've recovered from that initial moment, I'd rather go back home. After, can't get any wetter, so as long as I'm warm enough... let's go!
Crazy, I need artificial light, at the end of May! The #rain behaves like they were in a jungle kitchen, cooking rose petal gazpacho and slime mould soup. Water gnomes giggle in cushions of moss and fallen branches green from the air. The stones dress up and apply snail slime masks to combat wrinkles.
A human sits at the window and checks a weather app. Somehow you have to find out what the weather is like at that moment!
Got caught in the rain today, and waited out the shower under a rhododendron. Not a bad way to spend fifteen minutes. Entertained myself watching a crow across the street, looking picturesque in a blooming dogwood.
the other day we had a #rainbow in our front yard. absolutely crazy seeing a rainbow so close. oddly there was no pot of gold or unicorns. the 3yo was ultimately disappointed #rain#outdoors
It was two days before superstorm Sandy hit the north east and I was driving into town when a leaf landed on my antenna and hung there in the wind and rain. All the way up until the storm hit, it poured every day and those overcast skies seemed to say, "beware." I shot the image through my rainy window in the early afternoon. The sky was as dark as evening.
