I never spoke to my kids in baby talk. I spoke to them the same way I speak to you minus the cussing. From jump, I just explained what words meant as if we spoke different languages and gave context to concepts. I started cussing again when they were 12. πŸ˜ƒ

She actually did everything she was supposed to do but was struggling on coming back inside the house.

In the next yard over there was a cat chasing a butterfly and we just sat there watching it.
