At work, challenge Three Letter Acronyms (TLA) at every opportunity.

• They are a barrier to entry for those who don't live in your work
• People are embarrassed to ask, so at best they are distracted Googling. Mostly they are now just not understanding
• When used in combinations they make sentences difficult to parse. "We're targeting key SLOs as a way to maintain our SLAs as one of our OKRs for EOW".

Day 28 of my latest GDPR request. So far we've had...

• From the DPO - "please email support"
• "Tell us exactly what data you want"
• Confirm a load of details (that I know they don't already have
• "Your download is ready" (but no link)
• "We're waiting for you to confirm your email address"
• A download link in an email this morning!
• Broken encoded URL
• Manaully fixed encoding, still doesn't work though a browser, but curl got me a zip!
• Zip is password protected....

I assume that #Twillio realise that the only reason I use #Authy is because it'll sync across my mobile and laptop.
By ditching the desktop app they make themselves irrelevent.
Also, with a product roadmap like "fuck it, give them a month", I'll also never use a Twillio product again. What a complete dick move
