I want to create some magazines, Ive already seen that you can add mods, can you do stuff like transfer ownership as well? Manage permissions, etc.?

I keep seeing people saying how easy it is to sub to Lemmy communities on kbin. I can bring them up on kbin just fine by copying the link on the Lemmy community, but how the heck to I subscribe to them?
