Our 7-year-old Samsung phones have served us well, but it's coming up on time to replace them. Any suggestions for a bloatware-free Android option?

(Preemption: we've been somewhat radicalized here, but we also need to play with others, so Linux phones are not an option.)

@peterdrake Yes, I like it and it is also physically solid. In the beginning I had problems with an often crashing but that problem seems solved by an update because it does not happen anymore. If you want to have an impression of the camera you can look at

@peterdrake my next one will prob be a tweener, a Pixel with Graphene on it, which runs Android apps on a privacy/security focused OS...just a thought, I haven't tried it yet

(I'm still running a next to last gen LG, which I love, but they're not available anymore)
