@ai6yr A big problem is that so many people now have little control over their living environment. They're either renters or living in a vehicle or living on the street.
@glightly Yep... agree with you 100% :-( I realized that there are a lot of landlords who won't even take advantage of programs here which cover all of the cost of upgrades (!!), because they just can't be bothered.
