/.well-known/feeds worked indeed.
A quick remark: There's no options page for this plugin, OK, but there should be one somewhere to check what kind of feeds the user wants to appear:
ALL
RSS2 and/or Atom
Comments feeds: Yes/No

E.g.: by default, for SEO reasons, my comments feeds are off.

@cybeardjm this is not queried by search engines at all! The idea is to let followers/clients choose what to follow and what not. But I will add it to the list of feature requests!
