@herag for now I have one on each to explore features of each platform, and also because the interoperability is limited/buggy. Lemmy gives me a topic/community focused experience which I sometimes need (a’la reddit), while mastodon is my endless stream of „tweets” from interesting personas or hashtags. Kbin seems to try to have both, but don’t quote me on that.
@tech10@herag there are just different plattforms which different owners, which communicate between them. Mastodon is a software, that means, if you have an account in a mastodon instance, it is only for this instance, not for all mastodon.
