@EighthLayer Did you feel the speed of growth was different from CS1?

I felt like all the different zone types unlocked quite fast and the need bars were full all the time. I felt rushed to just build build build and at some point just ignored them to focus on road management and such.

@Halefa Now you mention it, yes I felt the same. Even at the faster speeds it seemed the actual building of the zones took longer than expected as well.

Also, too many cranes. Are they really needed for small single story houses? 😂

@EighthLayer Yeah true, the building animation is slower.

I did notice the cranes as well but they don't bug me that much - every game needs to have its own little fun aspect, doesn't it.

@EighthLayer hehe, I was literally about to post the same to #Gaming

Some slightly frustrating design choices that will need to change, a few bugs, but I'm quite impressed with it so far.

Not a massive departure or anything, just a nice progression from the previous entry in the series

@sortius Yeah and a few things I'm used to having in mods that aren't there either. Hopefully that'll come in time though.

@sortius @EighthLayer par the course for paradox though I think. From memory cities skylines 1 was a bit jank too. I had that on launch day

@lilstevie @sortius I never played the first one when it originally released but I have heard that before. It'll get better over time I'm sure.

@EighthLayer @lilstevie yeh, with both Paradox and Colossal Order behind it, you can be assured of patches coming soon. Over the past month I've seen the game change substantially via YouTubers' posts
