@jhx I always run it on my #FreeBSD workstations and laptops since at least KDE 3 (maybe 2, not sure). I only run regularly a small set of its features, but I like to find the others when needed.

Has your experience with KDE been stable so far?
@jhx@ThTh on FreeBSD it is a very vanilla but up-to-date experience. Debian packages tend to lag, although that is based on my limited experience there.
KDEneon gives a decent Linux and upstream Plasma experience. On the Arch front there are all kinds of crazy customized versions. I have heard good things about Fedora offerings too.

Yeah, heard about it. It seems to ship the latest and greatest!
Fedora and of course Arch have newer releases - but this does not matter much to me personally.
