Everyone likes to forget that Biden is calling for a two state solution. They also like to forget that Trump moved the US embassy to Jerusalem. They don’t have to deal with the reality of diplomacy. We can and should keep pushing Biden for a cease fire while also recognizing that Hamas, Netanyahu, Russia, Iran, and others are deliberately engineering this crisis. They don’t give a damn about the Palestinians (much less the Israeli people). They want the chaos.

That particular something that people call a weak spot in Obama's presidency that in hindsight wasn't as bad as it could have been. Could anybody imagine what mass surveillance would look like now if Trump was in charge when that leaked?
