I got the JSON, and I'm using Mastodon on a laptop via Firefox (122.0.1) on a Mac running Sonoma 14.2.1

@Edent @example I get a "try original site" error (this is a generic issue with Elk).
If I remove "@mastodon.social" from the URL, it works.
Elk 0.11.0 on Firefox latest, Mac.

I don't think the specific browser makes a difference, but I'll tally up the results and see.
