Leigh Bardugo addressed the news that the series based on her Grishaverse novels is ending after two seasons and will not get a spinoff on the streamer.
It’s a self fulfilling prophecy. Why would I ever start a show on Netflix that isn’t already either well established or complete. I’m sick of finding something I like and it just gets cancelled 1 or 2 seasons in. I’m done with Netflix because of this and the ridiculous price.
I don’t have a horse in this race since I haven’t read the books or seen the show, but wasn’t this considered a successful series (both book and show)?
