Let's all talk about what our day is going to consist of today, or what it has already consisted of.
For me, I have a TON of work stuff along with three meetings today.
After that my wife will be taking me out to dinner for my birthday today. We'll be going to a place called Village Tavern that we've been to once that was really good.
Humans as a species need to do more to protect the environment. We as individuals can only do so much; we need a cultural shift and we need big corporations / governments of the world to help.

It's the weekend, so let's all talk about what we all have planned and hope to accomplish over the next couple of days.
I plan to rest, relax and enjoy some video games. Finally able to get started on No Rest For The Wicked and will of course play more Horizon Forbidden West as well.
I got up and to the gym this morning. I did not want to. But 30 minutes kicking my own butt on the stepmill was...well, it happened. I've never sweat so much on my legs as I do when I exercise on the stepmill.
I'm glad I did...cause I need to keep up exercising.
Got to the gym this morning to get some cardio in before the kid's got up, so that's good. Hoping to keep it up and get to the gym every weekday this week. Been a while since I've done that.
Felt like crap last night, so went to bed early. Was still feeling a bit off this morning, so skipped the gym. Hoping the rest of the day I start to feel better.
I'm thankful for friendship, my family, and the fact that I could just...go to sleep when I felt bad last night.
If the weather holds up, my youngest two have softball practice tonight. We'll see how that goes.
Last week was rough going to the gym. We only went twice all week. This week, we're already at two visits. I'm thankful for that and hopeful we can get back the momentum.
