PSA: If you want to share some document without revealing your name, don't use Google Docs for that. While in most cases you can't view an account's name and only the email it has, there is at least one case where it defaults to the account name instead.
So if you have to use Google for sharing a document while keeping your name hidden, use a separate account from your main ones!
