#ViewFromTheGate I have not posted one of these for a while: world politics have been grinding me down. So decided find a wee plus somewhere and celebrate it. #geese
#ViewFromTheGate Another grey day and more rain forecast along with tidal flooding in Fife. It’s chilly but in previous years a blocking high in March would have brought us frost and snow (picture to the right taken in 2022). Today it’s just cold winds and temperatures between 10C and 3C. We haven’t had any snow to speak of this winter. #ClimateDiary#Weather
#ViewFromTheGate stormy and wet. We have a #powercut and the field is likely to flood again. As long as the house stays dry we’re fine.Having a wood burning stove is always good at moments like this. OH is phoning the grid as we speak. #StormGerrit
#ViewFromTheGate damp and grey. Today’s drama, my Labrador caught and ate a red legged partridge. No further breakfast is being served! How’s your Tuesday?
#ViewFromTheGate Wild here today #StormBabet just beginning please don’t travel in North Fife, Angus and the Mearns unless your journey is essential, you are prepared for a detour, and never drive into flood water. 1/3
#ViewFromTheGate grey and cool with a light breeze. Today I have a service to write, a meeting to go to, and then I am catching up with my son. Hopefully, a good day.
