If you have not yet found your way to the #NationalLibraryWales in #Aberystwyth this month, go and treat yourself to a very special exhibition. The #NationalGallery sent the Canaletto painting as a historical marker of the painting's evacuation to #Wales during #WW2. Naturally, the curator whipped a good selection of the library's own art treasures out to show off the cream of 200+ years of landscape art from and in Wales. As a personal special treat, I discovered a Josef Herman ink drawing that I displayed in my own exhibition nine years ago.

Daily #Wales coming from the garden today, as my Iris sibirica are at their best and there’s a storm forecast (we missed yesterday’s by about 10 miles). So it’s also a #bloomscrolling.
Cycling on the coast near Conwy, a dip in the sea, then fish'n'chips on Friday. Walking and more much-needed swimming at Llyn Melynllyn & Llyn Dulyn on Saturday. And more coastal cycling today from Persarn.
We stayed at Cefn Cae in Rowen - one of my favourite campsites and, of course, got to see the aurora too.
We nearly didn't go through inertia - I'm so glad we did! Wonderful memories.
