Had a appointment this morning - I haven't gone for nearly 2 months because of an injury. He gave me some stretches for homework and straight away I started asking about and workouts and he said no, let's get this done first, but he was clearly thinking what is it with runners, the FUCKING MANIACS

7:30 am Glenwood to Main River greenbelt report: 28°F and sunny once the sun rose. I counted 3 bikes, 7 peds, and 3 good dogs. Thank you, City of Boise, for making an effort to keep the fall leaves off of the greenbelt. Garden City won’t do this until they get sued and lose due to their negligence. I had to give up after a persistent knee injury in January. I switched to gym and instead to stay sane. Over the last couple of months I have been gradually ramping back up my running . I've just hit an arbitrary milestone of 5km at 5:00 min/km pace and it feels very good. I've really missed it.
