There must be limits on harmful and discriminatory by law enforcement using AI systems. This means bans on:

👁️all remote biometric identification in public

❌ AI systems in migration used to curtail migration

🛑 discriminatory AI like predictive policing systems

When AI systems are used for law enforcement and migration control, there is an even higher risk of harm and violations of fundamental rights, especially for already marginalised communities.
