Ok, I admit it. By now I'm SO tired of youtube I'm actually considering what the alternatives are. How does the whole fedi-videothingy work? Explain it to me like I'm a noob.*
How deterministic are the different AIs? I find different answers to that, but none of them seem to be based on any real facts. Also the determinism they talk about are on different stages of the process. I know that in some cases the prompts are biased with one of various weighted strategies and thereby making it possible to give different answers to the same prompt (hopefully with the same overall answer though).

But what if I take two identical server systems, the exact same training data set and the same LLM. Will I then get the same model out of it? If input prompt bias was disabled, will I then get the same result out when asking them the same question? #ai ¤llm #question#mastobrain
Uh, OK... so, I went & found a #Pixelfed server that looked appealing to me & created an account - but so far I seem to be all but boxed; posts unlisted, IG import frozen, for a few days now... I can follow & people can follow me, though.
Is this normal for PF? Do you always have to wait a few days for posts to appear etc.?
or did I crap out choosing this server (which I will not name because I don't want to b*tch out anyone, especially if I'm at fault)?
