How my lifelong fascination with #motorbikes started.
Me and my brother, aged around 6, sitting on my uncle's grass track bikes, with my maternal grandfather behind us.
I've spent the last few months renovating the #garage into a #workshop for me to work on my #motorbikes. It's been a lot of work, but it's been a fun process.
@kev Nothing can replace the feeling of accomplishment when doing it yourself. Enjoy the workshop and I look foward to seeing more posts of your workshop projects.
@arnowi I've heard folks in the past ask why you would want to own a 500hp Mustang GT when you are just driving around town all week. I think that it's the same with bikes. 95% of the time, you aren't going to use everything that the engine has to offer but that 5% of the time when you push it hard off the line and the smile grows on your face, it becomes worth it.
Objectively, the one liter engine isn't worth it but subjectively it is.
... and cheaper than a private pilot's license or drugs.
