During the lockdown, I was checking off photos in my neighborhood that I hadn't taken yet, including panning shots of the train with a 300mm lens. The thing about this shot that makes me a bit sad is that before I got to this shot, the city built a lot of signs and wires to stop trucks that are too tall from driving under the train tracks, which significantly harms the view. #photography#PhotographerProblems#Shinjuku#pan#icm#train#TrainGoodCarBad
Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower and Tokyo's concrete landscape. Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. The building isn't a company headquarters, but filled with three educational institutions: Tokyo Mode Gakuen (fashion vocational school), HAL Tokyo (special technology and design college), and Shuto Ikō (medical college).

@unseenjapan I have never gotten so lost and confused in a Japanese train station as I did in #Shinjuku. I joke to friends that the next time I’m in Tokyo, I’m going to “conquer” Shinjuku by learning every entrance, every exit, every platform!
