Does anyone else have a cat that worries about them while they're in the shower? I have to hold Oreo for 5-10 minutes after my shower while he rubs my beard and bites my ear. I'm not complaining, daily morning cat hugs are great! 🙂
Good morning Mastodon, TGIF! My insomnia got me up at 3am which sucked but I did get this picture of Pixie and Mr Minx snoozing together and thought, there are worse ways to start my day. 🙂 Hopefully Friday flies by and we can start the weekend!

Today she's been on the cat tree and exploring the rest of the house while the dogs are outside. It's getting cold in Missouri so I'm glad she's with us. Happy Tuxedo Tuesday

I got my 3rd Xmas tree constructed using a pedestal fan base, closet rod, wire, garland and Christmas lights. Do you notice the asshole tuxedo cat named Oreo sleeping on the bottom? I think a Nerf gun might be my next purchase...
Good morning friends, how's it going? I've been better but I made it into work. I'm on day 6 or 7 sleeping 12am-3am and it's starting to wear me down. Enough with the whining as I've got good news, Penguin has made it upstairs! She's been living inside since Sunday evening so I think this is great progress. We're also pretty sure she's a kitten still as she's very small but not skinny.
I'm balancing out now, & I slept 5 hours! It's been awhile since I got past 4, should have tried for 6, eh?
Feels like there should be frost, but it's about 5 degrees. I've been shutting off the heat before bed, and back on when I wake, I find it more comfortable and quieter overnight.
I might go longer next time, the house isn't cold, but there's cool corners.
Good morning Masto friends, welcome to Monday! I'm back at the office unfortunately. It was hard leaving with the new kitty at home. Penguin made it through the night, I was up with her until 3am before finally passing out. Sometime after 5am she made her way solo to the basement, the 1000 sq ft cat domain where she's exploring the space. So far some hissing but no actual fights. Just like me at work. 😉
I'm not sure what was so fascinating about Oreo cleaning himself but Elsa and Mr Minx were very interested. I think they might have been contemplating an attack, Oreo is a rascal! 🤪
