My lovely friend sent me his copy of Choosing Death! I only ever got about 1/4 of the way through this book the last time and had to return it. It really is an interesting read, and now that I’m not too busy I’m excited to read the rest!

#Persefone were awesome! I had great expectations and they were not only met, but exceeded.

Great sound, great to hear live and it was so much fun that I was soaked with sweat after being in the mosh pit for about 3/4 of the time 👌😁

Very likeable band, and after they played a few songs from the new EP, they played Spiritual Migration (😍) and other songs - I think even from the Shin-Ken album.

Crowd was about 150-200 ppl (perfect size!) and on fire 🔥👌

What an overwhelming evening!

I don’t love #Slam. I have to really be in the mood for it. There’s a few bands I do enjoy, Strangled is great, Paleface is good. But as a whole it’s not my favorite genre. Today for #BlackHistoryMonth band posting I’m sharing #PeelingFlesh. Revisiting this one today, as I just listened to their other one too. They're both masterpieces really, but Undeath's 'It's Time... to Rise from the Grave' from 2022 is definitely one of my favorite metal albums EVER.

Diverse, riffy and catchy, weird, brutal, it is all just THERE. Undeath HAVE it. They have that special something. They make that death metal magic

If you like #PowerMetal you should listen to Paladin. The song this album is from is all about #VideoGames. Video games and music are the perfect combo. These guys stole the whole death metal show I saw them at. They were incredible! I may or may not have the dumbest crush on the bassist too. This particular song is about #ChronoTrigger which is an amazing game! Enjoy.
