Am thinking of my friend Svitlana from Ukraine and everyone in Middle East
and realized I had many things to be grateful for.

Fireweed & Daisies for DHB of Ontario. Luckily decided to do an extra painting yesterday as I had a major mishap. I fell and landed on my painting hand- looks like it’s been in a boxing match. After a trip to ER & X-rays they said it’s not broken but the doc thought it will be weeks healing. I have no idea if I can even hold my paintbrush but am determined to keep going if I can. expecting 80 cms of snow before Monday!

Hi everyone! Sorry to be AWOL. for some reason was having difficulties posting here. May have been because of injured hand . At any rate, deleting app and reloading finally worked. Here’s Art Every Day 42, 43, 44.
Got a new cast. trying to paint again with a casted wrist and hand has been a journey but having fun and trying to keep going🙏❤️

My crows were here at the window a few minutes ago. They are patient and wait for me to come with some peanuts or fruit bits. I once taught a crow to say hello and now another generation of crows say Harrr -oh when I call.
Do you love ravens and crows ? The Corvid family is so amazing.

Another favourite with a beautiful song . Peterson describes it as a robin with voice lessons. Rose Breasteds are in Central &South America enjoying food and warmth and will return here to Eastern Canada to mate & raise their families, & the singing will begin again. Let us work and pray to ensure there is never a silent spring.
