@knitting @fibrearts This is the inside of my sweater. I’m only going to weave in the ends that are visible (so ones near any openings). The rest will be left as they are. I’m hoping that over time, they will felt slightly. #knitting #stripes

@fibrearts @crochet I'm attempting to improve my crochet skills and have decided to make a blanket of granny squares using different styles, stitches techniques. Does anyone have any recommendations or links for books, patterns, resources etc? There are no wrong answers. I really want to learn as wide a variety as possible. The other day, I was incredibly fortunate to witness the return of a seasonal visitor to our shores. Whilst it is a little early to catch a glimpse of these shy creatures, its presence does herald warmer weather. They can be identified by their bright plumage and distinctive mating call. As we move into summer, their young become independent, increasing their number before migrating to the southern hemisphere. #wildlife #raresight #summervibes
