Been transferred to U of L Trauma Unit. Just got back from another round of X-rays & CT scans. Will be having screws put in my pelvis at 6:30, unless the last scan shows a break in my neck. If that happens, the neck gets done first.

Well, fuck a doodle doo. My pubic bone has detached from my pelvic bone. Something is bleeding & they aren't sure if it's that or if I have a bowel injury as well. Dr L is consulting with the surgery team to see if they can handle it here or if I have to be transferred to a trauma center. Either way, I'm having surgery, probably this afternoon.

@Jaden3 I've had a lifetime of them. One of the more recent ones was my (too big) pants falling down while I was rushing to cross a busy street. I must've mooned about 30 drivers. One was a school bus driver who now honks & waves whenever he sees me.

  1. Had a fun text chat with my nephew this afternoon. He's only 5 years younger and spent a fair amount of time at out house, so he's more like a little brother.

  2. Decided to make a cookbook for my niece that's getting married in March. Had fun coming up with a recipe list for it.

  3. While I was at it, I drew up a tentative meal plan & grocery list for the next paycheck. Homemade potstickers will be appearing again!
