@GottaLaff I’m fairly sure I could tell, I follow and knew when you last went to look at the house that was not available by the time you got there. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s good to follow your desire, I just think it’s a sad thing when politics plays a part. I have friends who are also contemplating, I’ll be sad if that comes to fruition as well.

#Trump's separate pres immunity motion hinges on this PRA argument. It's the "official act" underlying the immunity assertion. If #Cannon thinks it's a close call, that means a stay is likely coming.
When we eventually get to Trump's pres immunity assertion, even if Cannon denies it, she will stay the case unless she finds that the assertion is "frivolous." So today will be the early tell as to how she's leaning on this question. #legal#documents

@GottaLaff I agree. But what does make me mad is that if a man had been in this position we would never be hearing all that we did. Women, esp of color, are always criticized more intently than men. Somehow, that just has to stop. I hope Fani Willis doesn’t get taken off this case. She’s smart, quick, articulate and steadfast. The appellate court gave him only 6 days to file something in the Supreme Court (I can't remember off hand what the usual time frame is but it is much longer.)
Generally nothing happens in 6 days.
Within 24 hours, the Supreme Court said that special counsel has a week to file a response. A week means they are not interested in delays.
Expect the DOJ to file early.
Why give the DOJ a chance to respond?
It makes their life easier because the opposing arguments are laid out for them.

@GottaLaff infuriating. His son is on the Ohio Supreme Court as is a friend he put on the court. He knew it would be overturned when he vetoed. They do not care at all what the people of this state vote for. They. Do. Not.

What I wish is that the news channels would report what you have experienced. He has never, and by the sound of it, had any plan for the country. This truly is a money making venture. Disgusting.

@GottaLaff unfortunately we have a state house that is gerrymandered into the most conservative R’s and they will overturn his veto, and also unfortunately succeed. DeWine is finishing his last term, he’s a very religious man and he knows this group will override him. He just wants to go out being liked by the voters.
@marcelias we have the same narcissistic attorneys in Ohio’s government. They have made the Ohio Supreme Court a laughing stock, and they are on the same side!!! Law Schools have to begin looking at the ethics that they teach!
