@mivox It HAS been a record-setting year, but even in normal years there's a detailed 3-day plow plan for roads, but just the perennial best-effort "meh" for sidewalks. At least muni is responsive. God help you if AK DOT is responsible for maintaining your bipedal maggot pathway.

@Binder Is that a typo, or did you mean "ware"? Because there's a "ready to wear" section in my local store's apparel department and I'm confused as to how that's different from everything else that seems ready to wear.
@Binder So I answered my own question, and yes "ready to wear", but it implies "clothes sold ready to wear rather than made to measure", like there's anything else in the store. So now I have a new confusion.
Because it just came up, a thing I love for dampening outside noise, both literally and socially, is a big ol' set of over-the-head ear cans. While most people seem to be wandering around with ear buds now, nothing says "I can't hear you" like a good set of cans, and you can meanwhile infuse whatever you want into your headspace. #audiophile#music
Just had to duplicate & delete a bunch of events created on Android because a recent update changed my default calendar from Exchange. I've helped countless Apple users with the same exact problem who didn't understand why their meetings weren't showing up at work. Fuck all y'all for resetting defaults on updates.
