Heute mal Brötchen gebacken. Ohne Sauerteig nur kurze Gare wie die Mühle von der ich die Backmischung gekauft habe vorgeschlagen hat. Sind gut geworden das nächste mal würde ich sie evtl noch etwas kleiner machen damit mehr Kruste vorhanden ist. #backen @brotbacken
