How does everyone know how, when and how much they're masking?
As a late-diagnosed , I struggle to differentiate between "me but masking" and "me but in a diff situation".
Now that I know I'm autistic, I even miss the person I used to be in some situations before I knew.
I used to call myself a "social chameleon" - I just changed automatically to suit the circumstances.
But who actually am I and what is just a mask?

They are amazing live. But not so much as their audience. At times you have a full on crowd of 40 - 50 year old punk fans jumping around and singing their hearts out to Disney tunes. It's incredible.

Can any of my / friends help my sister create a medical item that would otherwise be expensive to replace?
Her life-limited foster child needs this plastic mouthpiece from a medical device but it's no longer available and alternatives are expensive.
We have no idea whether this is possible with medically safe material and, if so, how to go about it.

Hello peoples....
My GP has given me an Adult "ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) Symptom Checklist" as part of trying to get medication prescribed.
Some questions ask about social interactions, but my answers will be impacted by my ASC1 ( ) traits (Questions 15, 17 and 18 just seem like they would be too rude to do.)
Is that likely to impact my NHS diagnosis?

Hello friends. I was in hospital on Monday night with another attack of pancreatitis. The first serious flare up since I was hospitalised in 2010.
Thankfully, I knew what was happening early enough that a night on a drip with fluids and painkillers was all that was required.
I'm back home now convalescing. I've slept for about ¾ of the last 24 hours.
Looks like I'll be on a blend diet for a while and teetotal for a while beyond that. ☹️

Building a camera drone fast enough to follow an F1 car around a track.
It's a shame the final lap was on a wet day, as the lap following Liam Lawson is more impressive, but the images from Max's lap are no less spectacular.
Watch him balance the slide and acceleration in standing water in a way you've never seen outside of driving simulator games.

I woke up at 11:45. Arse.
One of the downsides of working from home on completely flexible hours.
