I spent the morning switching as many accounts as I could to , and it was the most pleasant, simple, and straightforward process. I am disappointed that many sites are only using it as a 2FA option instead of the main sign in tool (including ).

It's extremely intuitive, and I can't wait for all of my passwords to be gone.

Looking for inspiration: I want to spend 15min every morning meditating/thinking about who I am, what I want to do with my life, and what is important today.

If you are doing something similar as a habit already, how did you start? How did you make the habit stick? And what do you do exactly? (Do you sit on a chair? Do you lay in bed? Look out the window? Go on a walk?)

@seb For a morning 'intention' setting time, I really like pen and paper while seated in a quiet, comfortable, space; a chair in my bedroom. I aim to write three sentences each morning after my workout, but before going to work:

  1. A summary of yesterday, with a focus on how it applies to my activities today. Sometimes this is a short sentence 😅
  2. A short description of what I'm going to do today, without the why. This one just describes the activities I expect at work and in my personal life.
  3. A brief description of how my actions for the day will impact me tomorrow.

Once per week, I like Sunday, I switch this to reading my paragraphs from the week and writing a longer summary with some editorializing from my POV!

It did take some discipline to force myself to sit down, and tune other things out to do it, but after about a month it became part of the day. I find forcing myself to distill this into three sentences is engaging and helps keep it interesting... though I remain imperfect at it 🙉

    We're brand new here, so we thought we'd thought we'd share an !

    Who we are: a 25-year old non-profit vet clinic in the East Bay dedicated to making high-quality surgical care accessible to all.

    What we do: We never turn anyone away for lack of funds: since 2014, Animal Fix Clinic has performed more than 50,000 life-saving and life-changing spay/neuter surgeries at low or no cost.

    Even though our work focuses on helping animals, it's really about helping people make good decisions for the animals they love without considering cost. We keep pets with their families where they belong.

    Right now, we're working to renovate the former Contra Costa Pinole shelter into our full-time, permanent home!
