well that sucked and involved some claws, but got all 3 cats to the basement for the duration of the tornado warning (one seen, apparently), had to leave the house without knowing they were all out because Shine goes feral
I'm awake early but I also went to bed early last evening. Somehow after the bike ride and then eating early dinner right after that, I just felt myself getting sleepy and sleepier. So about 5 PM I checked my blood sugar to make sure it was looking proper and it was, so I got in pajamas and got in bed and soon fell asleep.
That's just listening to what my body is telling me. I needed sleep and still need more sleep than most other people.

Asher gave up on his bedroom enticing actions & joined me in the kitchen. He's clearly unimpressed that cooking & not petting him, are my top kitchen priorities 😹
