ich habe vor drei Tagen beschlossen, die Dosis leicht zu senken. Die Ärztin hat mir geraten, diese bei Bedarf zu erhöhen, was ich dann auch getan habe.

Das Ergebnis hat mir nicht gefallen.

Denn ich fühle mich, als ob über allem ein Filter liegt, als ob ich alles "von der Seite" betrachte und nicht selbst betroffen bin. Das betrifft leider auch die positiven Momente, und auf die will ich nicht verzichten.

Hey, ich wünsche dir viel Geduld und Kraft. Das Einstellen auf eine individuell funktionierende Dosis dauert meiner Erfahrung nach etwas. Und klar kann die Ärztin Empfehlungen aussprechen, aber das was du fühlst ist deins und du bis die einzig wichtige Kenngröße in diesem System. 💜

Dan Thomas will represent plaintiffs who allege their mental-health conditions worsened during their #MilitaryService as a result of stigmatization.

Heute wird es persönlich. Ich habe mit der Sächsischen Zeitung über die , mich und meine Kandidatur für den gesprochen.

Dabei kamen wir auch auf das Thema zu sprechen. Es ist an der Zeit, dass wir dieses Tabu brechen, besonders im politischen Raum.

I had a horrifying nightmare last night.

I was back at my first job at iRobot. Some manager I currently follow on linked in last night had re-hired me.
I was excited to just make money again.
Howerver, I didn’t go to work on my second day because of burnout/depression.
I didn’t go to work on my third day because of the anxiety caused by not letting my employer know what was going on.

On the 4th day I went to work. They mocked my apology when I finally talked to them. While I was gone, manager and his friend coworker stormed the corporate housing I was staying at and put all my stuff on the street. They kicked me out and kept mocking me…

Why does it sound like it could have happened in real life?

Previously when I’ve shared this a number of people DM me to say they didn’t know it existed. This really surprised me, so I share it every so often.

If you might need it, tuck it away. If you know others who might, make sure they know.

We can feel vulnerable talking with friends and family. The 988 folks are compassionate, and enable anonymity and care when it’s needed most.

It's funny how symptoms of #depression sort of overlap with "symptoms" of being poor or working class. A feeling that you are stuck in your situation forever and can never escape. A lack of faith in your abilities. An inability to see other options. Escaping reality by watching TV, playing games or being on social media...
