#NotMyCat but since I've been reviewing my old Google Photos after transferring to Immich, here's an old video of a kitten from Hakodate Asaichi (Morning Market) playing under a table. :meowlove:
Hakodate is the southernmost major city in Hokkaido.
My smol kitty is slightly bigger than this little one.
@StillIRise1963 I feel for ‘ya, second bout was harder for me. Still feeling it from January. Sending the assurance that this GD virus DOES improve—and some extra strength as I’m sure you’ll need some.
May recovery arrive über-soon! Totally love your posts.
this morning our visiting murderer was sitting by the back door staring at the recycling boxes; the second time i saw this when i went into the utility room i realised that there might be more than just plastic / cardboard / metal in there
so i moved most of the trash to the top of the washing machine, which confirmed there was a mouse hiding in the bottom
i took the box out into the back garden and tipped it on its side and the mouse scurried off into the weeds
noises make him anxious, and he gets scared (and makes himself scarce) if people are stomping around or banging in and out of doors
he has discovered the warm patches where hot water pipes go under our hall floor, so now he is often to be found lying on the square metre of carpet between the kitchen the utility room the downstairs loo and the coat & shoe racks
Happy Caturday from Penny! This morning, she enjoyed a brushing and some special treats. She acts like she doesn't care about me, but I know she really likes me. The purring gives her away.
we have been adopted by #notmycat who is apparently called Biscuit and whose supposed home is round the corner somewhere but who spends a lot of time hanging around our close
during storm ciaran i unlocked our catflap so the outdoor cats could take refuge if they wanted; Biscuit has been enjoying this generosity
we have not been feeding Biscuit because it is a chunky cat who probably already has several places to get supper
so obviously Biscuit brought a mouse into our house and ate it
i do not know why #notmycat Biscuit is so friendly and purry and why it (he? she?) spent most of today snoozing on our landing under the hanging laundry
at least the mouse was not alive and able to escape
