Janet Morgan publishes in this book a rather interesting Agatha Christie's letter to her husband Max, describing one of the trips she made on the Orient Express, that gave her the setting and some of the characters too The Murder on the Orient Express.
In the mood for some fiction. Nonfiction has been too depressing lately for me to read. There's enough depressing things going on in the world right now, I don't need to add to it by reading about history and politics. 😆

#Reading Adams' 1992 novel "Mostly Harmless" for the first time. I was absolutely crazy about the first two Hitch-hiker #books just seven years earlier. Why didn't I care about this one? Think it was because I was disappointed with the third and fourth ones. And this one got bad reviews.
Men are under pressure to appear strong and stoic, no matter how badly they are hurting. The fear of being perceived as weak or damaged keeps many from letting loved ones know that they need help. #reading#mental#health 📖
No i skończyłem ostatnią część (Pył) trylogii #Silos.
#Reading Jen Campbell's funny and occasionally cringeworthy 2011 book "Weird things customers say in bookshops". Some of it becomes a bit more comprehensible if you suppose that certain people don't quite understand the difference between a bookshop and a public library.

Listening to the Imaginary Worlds podcast about the truly astonishing number of #books being banned from #school and public #libraries in the US. About half of them are about people of colour of queer people. And I remember #reading Inger Edelfeldt's #gay coming of age novel "Duktig pojke" as a set text in middle school in the mid 80s. My teacher brought a box of that book into class as one of a few options. USA, you are a travesty.
Aaahhh yes @rachelandrew is going into the problem of placing content in CSS grid, and having it confuse the visual order Vs DOM order, tabbing order, screen reader order.
Big Barrel is off to the dumpster to get some grub. Jakub Żulczyk draws a picture of decline in Many Years of Hardships, translated by John and Małgorzata Markoff.
